I have severe gynecomastia and I live in Montreal. Which surgeon should I pick?

I absolutely cannot travel out of Montreal due to lack of funds and lack of time. Is there any reputable surgeon in Montreal?

My gynecomastia is pretty bad, it looks like a woman's A cup, plenty of glandular and fatty tissues.

I've researched many surgeons and so far I'm leaning toward Dr Chen Lee. Any opinions on him?
