I would never let my company force anything medical upon me. Period. The pre-employment drug-screen is as far as I would go.

Your're being a little inconsistent.  

You've already let your company force something "medical" on you -- the drug screening.

I stand by my previous words.  A company has the right to require pretty much anything they want to as a condition of employment.  You have the right to not work for that company.  But once you have agreed to work for a company that requires a physical exam, if you refuse to take it, they can fire you.  Same as the drug screening.
