IM STRESSING OUT ! HELP ME ANSWER THIS QUESTION PLEASE !

I'm 4 weeks post op, and I know it's too early to judge results as it is an unfinished product, BUT I'm really worried because my right side is healing 100% perfectly fine but left side looks excactly like how it did pre-operation ...

I know that sometimes the left and right side have different rates of healing, BUT this isn't swelling or fluids because when I tried to grab behind the nipple, there is a hard gland size of a marble, where it is non existent in my right side ...

I went to see my surgeon and he just said it's fluid ... but why is it hard if it's fluid ? It feels exactly like a breast gland ... What are you guys take on this ?

Could it be scar tissue ? Can scar tissue cause a man's chest to look like it did pre surgery ?
