i want to know is gynecomastia lump always directly under nipple.
i am having painfull muscle and bean like things in my both breast but not under nipple and there is incerase in size of both breasts.

i have done hormone test

estroidal->29 pg
testosterone->600 ng

my age is 23 and i had suffered from testicle infection recently

One of the Symptoms of Gynecomastia is Breast Pain. This is usually from the stimulation and pressure of growth of the gland tissues.  Gland tissues connect to the nipple as part of their function but can spread beyond as you can see in these drawings I did about the Anatomy of Gynecomastia. There are other possible causes of discomfort in the male chest that are better evaluated by a competent doctor during an examination.

sometimes it can take a donut form around the area or can be just a softer mass in that area without something you notice exactly there.  many cases are different.
