Hi guys, i am nearly 17 years of age and i have suffered for gyno for about 4 years ... i am VERY self conscious about my body and i do not take my top off around anyone. I would rather be hot than take off my top. I have seen an add for the insanity workout and i decided to buy it. I start it tomorrow ( Monday 13th January) i would like to know if anyone with gyno has done the insanity workout and if it make your chest look lest fatty and more normal ? Thank you

If your Gynecomastia was caused by obesity, then weight loss and conditioning will help to reduce (but not get rid of) it.

Otherwise, you are simply parting with your money for nothing.

Extreme exercise regimens such as Insanity, P90X, CrossFit are excellent in building muscle and in turn, losing fat.  Thus you will have a better and healthier body.

For virtually all men, however, gynecomastia is a combination of both fat and breast tissue.  You absolutely cannot just feel your chest and determine yourself if you have breast tissue or not.  (For a further explanation, please read my post on this site:  https://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/31/is-it-fat-or-breast-tissue-what-is-pseudogynecomastia/msg186068/#new)

When you lose weight, the fat component of your gyne will decrease -- but the breast tissue will remain.  Thus your breasts will decrease in size but will virtually never disappear entirely.  Then it becomes your decision as to what to do.  You can accept your chest(which will undoubtedly be improved)or you can opt for surgery to remove the remainder of the breast tissue in order to achieve a sculpted and chiseled chest.
