Insurance Question

I have received 2 bills from quest diagnostics of 111.11 and 290.00 dollars. I paid of the 111.11 the 290.00 is due money. now where I went for the surgery  I dont think these jackasses used my GHI insurance because I went on the GHI web site and there's was no record of my blood test I took the week before my surgery. and they also sent my tissue to be tested after my surgery to Quest Diagnostics and that's the bill that's 290. they took down my information I dont understand why GHI didn't deduct anything. what do you guys think.

if you're paying out of pocket for this, did you request them to send your tissue to Qwest? sounds like that's something they probably decided to do on their own...
