Hi guys,
I found it quite useful and interesting to read other people stories and decided to document my journey as well.
I'm 28 and had gyno since very young age, so it has been bothering me for probably 15 years or so. It's not very severe, just puffy nipples, however, I could never wear (or chose not to)  plain or light colored t-shirts, sweaters etc. Always tried to avoid taking my shirt off whenever I could etc.
This summer I finally had the balls, the money and the time to go through with this.
In my home country I chose pretty well recommended plastic surgeon and the cost was around 1800$.
I registered at the beginning of July and literally had my surgery a few hours ago.
It was done under general anesthesia and everything went smoothly according to my surgeon. I have the drains inserted, but there is almost no blood and I should hopefully be released tomorrow morning.
I don't feel any pain except when trying to reach for some things or whatever, but obviously that is expected. Just trying to be careful with my movements.
I did not get to see the result yet, but I am around 110 grams lighter, so really curious to see it:)
When I get a chance, I will upload photos and try update it here every now and then, hopefully some of you will find it useful. If you have any questions, let me know!
Now just hoping for a nice recovery:)

Here is some before photos the first photos 24 hours post op. Already at home and feeling pretty well. Don't really enjoy the chest binder they gave me, so might order a proper vest later on. But so far it seems pretty good!
Sorry for bad quality photos, wanted to hide my messy background:)

Today is the day 5 after the surgery. On Friday will get my stiches removed, so will get even a better look.
There is still a fair bit of swelling around the area where lipo was done, which causes the chest contour look a bit uneven when flexing, but hopefully it will get better with time or also when I reduce my bodyfat.
Overall pretty happy at the moment, feeling very well, back to normal daily tasks without any problems. Can't wait for the next few weeks until I can hit the gym:)
