Just lipo under the arms

So its been 3 days since my lipo and I'm not convinced that I'm just swollen, the results are definitely an improvement but I'm still tripping that its still not good enough, flat enough. Is it usual for the surgeon to do revisions like draining etc.? I get the stitches out on monday and hopefully I will get some reassurance that it will look better in time or that he will be performing another lipo if i want. I just want to get on with my life and get this behind me, you feel me?

Well, if you have gland tissue present, you still need an excision to get rid of it.

What are the chances that my doctor will honor my request do something else. I mean if I say that Im not happy with the results in a couple months will he be likely to redoing the procedure for free?
