and for the first time i see some swelling (yellow colour) and the nipples look really bad, like it goes down and i see the scar.

With the tapes in I thought i was away from all these things but yeah guess not.

so what do i do now? I'm 7 days post op, do i apply anything to my nipples/scars or something?

The yellow cororing is from bruising. Sometimes there can be a whole rainbow of yucky colors but they will gradually diminish and the swelling will gradually diminish as well. Healing is a very individual thing. Some people heal quickly and others heal slowly. Sometimes I think it is a blessing to heal more slowly as it would seem to produce less scar tissue.

Time is your ally, give it time. If the surgical wound is sealed and not weeping or draining you should leave it alone. If it is still weeping or draining you should probably call your surgeons office for advice.
