Kinda confused atm! ???

Hey im confused as to whether i have gyno

this confusion is because about 2 months ago i started to feel a hard disc shaped lump behind my right nipple that was quite painful so went to my GP, he said it was just infection of the tissue (mastitis) and put me on a weeks course of antibiotics to clear it up, however 2 weeks after finishing this medication there has been no change in the shape or feel of this 'disc-shaped lump'. I went back to the doctor 3 days ago and he was unable to diagnose this lump and so i have been referred to the hospital

My chest is quite raised and my "breasts" are quite perky even though im a good weight and i eat healthly so im really confused atm as it isnt infection and i have had "man boobs" for many years now
