Hi,

This looks like just the site I have been looking for. I have mild (technically anyway) gynecomastia, but as I'm sure you know, psychologically its anything but mild. I have finally been to see a surgeon who has agreed to operate, but theres two things still niggling me - can anyone offer their experience. I will start with the most trivial. My surgeon doesn't agree with post op compression vests - is this going to disadvantage me? And the second, the thing I have worried myself a lot over, is just how bad are the scars. The surgeon says they will be unnoticeable, or you would have to look realy hard. Is this true? Being mild gynecomastia, I would hate to swap one reason not to take my shirt off for another.

Any and ALL advice will be greatly appreciated

thankyou

Tim

  • Gyne free, is the way to be!
A compression vest is a must following lipo! If hes only doing excision , I doubt it matters.
