Lipo with Excision?

When you guys say lipo only is bad, and lipo with excision is the way to go, what do you mean by excision?  The doc I plan on using wants to use vaser liposelection and remove the hard bud under the nipple.  Is this excision, or should I be asking for more?

Do not trust any surgeon that does not do direct surgical excision of the mammary gland.

I have never really heard any happy customers of lipo only surgery.

Go to a different plastic surgeon that knows what gynecomastia is.
