is this lipomastia?

hi guys. i have a very small case of gyno. my nipple are puffy but I DON'T see any gland in there. i feel it as 100% pure fat.
maybe this case is lipomastia and cures with just liposuction?

Most Gynecomastia consists of fibrous glandular tissue which is embedded in and surrounded by fat.  Distinguishing between what some call true gynecomastia and pseudo-gynecomastia is all but impossible.  Even a skilled surgeon can be fooled and may not know for sure until the surgery is nearly done.

The term 'cure'  is not properly applied to gynecomastia since the condition is 'normal' to some extent in almost 2/3 of all males.  Since there is no disease, there can be no cure.  This fact is behind the exclusion of gynecomastia coverage by Medical Insurance providers.

The effects of gynecomastia are not physical, but largely emotional and they can be severe.  The Insurors often fail to recognize this.
