liposuction or gland removal

Hello everyone,

My name is Ian. This is my first post. I got pretty bad gyno from taking steroids about 1 1/2 years ago. Im fed up with it, so now its time to get surgery. I live in Switzerland so every option here is a expensive one. I went for a consultation here in Zürich to a Dr. Noever who works at the Klinik Pyramide am See. He  told me that he used to do gland removal surgery with lypo, but he does not recommend it anymore. He told me that lypo only is the way to go. Im very confused now, everyone on this board says gland removal is a must.  The cost for lypo only is 7000 swiss francs and gland removal + lypo is 8000. So there is no big cost difference.

Can some experienced people or possibly a doctor comment on this??

Maybe he is referring to ultra-sonic liposuction which also removes gland?

Only lipo is not the way to go.  If you aren't at least getting lipo + gland removal, find a different surgeon.  I've never seen a satisfied visitor on these boards who had only gotten lipo.

Have a look at my pics.  I had lipo + gland excision.  I strongly recommend you do the same.
