lower estrogen

hey guys does anyone know the best way to lower estrogen. i'v heard that DIm doeswnt work so well, but i need something pretty bad, and i need to know where i can get it in the Uk. cheers

arimidex or aromasin.....i know arimidex works well...it gets rid of bloat within 24 hours for me

both of those get rid of est up to 98% and are very unhealthy for u

try a supplement anti-estrogen will do it fine.

estrogen is not evil, and u need a good amount for being a healthy individual.

depends on the dose for arimidex, .5 eod should be enough. it is also impossible to completely rid of estrogen close to that levels.

aromasin on the other hand doesn't lower estrogen and works the exact same way as ATD/rebound because atd is the nonmethylized version.  so it wont hurt lipid values as reducing estrogen would.

depends what u want to use it for masterp, if its for gyno dont bother.  i wouldnt use any anti estrogen for a long period of time
