lump under chest

I have a large hard lump under the skin in my upper chest on one side about 3cm above my nipple. It's above the muscle tissue and isn't soft like the fat surrounding it. I'm about a year and a half post-op, could this be residual breast/scar tissue or maybe just some form of compressed fat? Do I need a revision?

it will be scar tissue imo...revision CAN remove it...although i had a revision and a whole wack of it was left behind...

if its noticeable to someone looking at your chest, then ya look into it.  if its blended in and youre happy with your chest, then let it go...
