Lump under your nipple

To determine if you have this lump do you do it relaxed or whenyou flex? when im relaxed and try to spot my lump its mostly all fat and soft, when i flex i can feel a hard tissue under it

forgot to add that when its cold my nipples become very flat, does that happen to everyone?

This is normal regardless of gender or breast size.
