Update:  I got my consultation and as w/ everything in this Gyne related business, I was disappointed.  It seems as if the area (my nipple fat) is too small of an area for them to treat.  They treat the chest area, which in my case is firm, but not the small diameter around the nipple.  So for you guys who have more pronounced Gyne, this may be an option.  It’s about $2,000 when all’s said and done.  Wish I had better news to report
