medication as a possible cause

I have been on amoldipinebesilate for a number of years for high bp last year my gp put me on additional meds lisinopril.
Since being on both i have noticed an increase in my breast size i'm currently 34-32-32.
I understand amoldipine can cause breast enlargment is this familiar to any other members.

There seems to be a link between amoldipine and gynecomastia but the relationship between the two appears to be poorly understood.

One of the side effects is lowered libido so certainly it would appear that some hormonal effects are altering the endocrine balance which in some men results in gynecomastia.

I know that beta blockers can be a problem but was unaware that calcium chanel blockers could be too.  I am presently on Lisinopril and not having any problem.

The actual chemistry involved mystifies me, and Hypo is the best authority here.  (Though there are some who would not agree)
