Hi, me again!
Is surgery really the only option? I heard there may be medication available here in the UK to reduce the size of them?

Medication may reduce the size, but it almost will never "fix" the problem. Also, with meds, there's a small chance it will make it worse or not do anything at all. I recommend finding a good plastic surgeon.
