You have got 2 options.

Number 1, Go and ask again in a good way and cry if you have too.

Number 2, Go again and make him do it, Use physical force if you have too.


Or change family doctor .

You don't need a referral dude. Just call the PS of your choosing a arrange for a consultation...

How old are you?
Are you going to a Board Certified plastic surgeon?
I've never heard of a PS not only ASKING for a referral, but insisting on 1.

Call the PS back and ask them 'why' they are requesting a referral from you GP.

You may have to choose another PS dude.

Dr. Fielding didn't request a referral. I called his office, made a date for a consult and the rest is history.
