Okay, so i'm 19 years old, 5'8, 148lbs.  I've had gyne since i was around 14 and it hasnt gone away.  I've always been pretty slim, because of swim team my whole life (even with gyne, it was tough to hide)  and i'm a lifeguard now.  I really want to get rid of it because for my size, it just doesn't look right at all, i mean i'm pretty skinny with 12 year old girl boobs haha.  I work out a lot and do a lot of cardio.

I DO have a consultaion with a ps on july 1st, but the only way i would be able to pay for sergury is if insurance covers it (Not likely).  Here are a couple pics:
