Need another hematoma drained? Will I need anesthesia?

I'm almost 2 week post op now, my lower chest is either swollen really badly, or there is a lot of fluid build up, probably both. Ill  need to get a hematoma drained again, sucks because the spot where they had the drain had almost healed up. I

You would probably do better having anesthesia for the drainage procedure.  More than likely, the surgeon will open you peri-areolar incision, remove all clotted blood/fluid, check for any bleeding points, re-place the drain and sew you up.  That takes time and would be extremely uncomfortable for you if no anesthetic were given.

Wht he did was put in a syringe and suck out the fluid, it didn't hurt. But I keep having recurrent seromas, is there anyway I can stop from losing so much fluid blood everyday? Its been two weeks and I still need to be drained often.

Can't answer for why your seromas are recurrent.  Perhaps (rarely) there is still a small blood vessel still bleeding or perhaps you are not wearing a snug compression garment.

It might be a good idea, depending on the size of the fluid amount, to surgically re-place the drain for a few days.  Why don't you discuss with your surgeon?
