For us guys that are fortunate to not have like huge breasts...just really little ones w/ puffy nipples... is it realistic to want that nice flat chest??

The milder your case the better the results. I had puffy nipple and a mild case of gynecomastia and my chest is totally flat now. Normal finally!! Yes, it is realistic to have a nice flat chest.

From what I hear, he is a great Plastic surgeon. Dr. Craig Fielding I believe. As far as I know, there is a guy that goes by MR. NIP on this forum who had surgery with him. Try contacting him through this forum. Good luck to you!!
