New to Gynecomastia , need some answers?

Hello everyone , Jonathan here ... Age :20 ,Had Inguinal Hernia repair (right testicle is wrapped and fixed) twice at age of 1 when I was an infant , everything was fine until 2 years back I was addicted to masturbation , I masturbated twice daily to the porn , I was very happy living a life of a complete man , gym, songs, study  almost every thing one can dream and then after 1 year I woke up from sleep as normal I watched porn neither my penis erected nor I had libido but still I masturbated even more this time it was 5 times daily without even proper erections (forced masturbation) than slowly and gradually with time in almost 2 months span my breasts started to grow , my friends used to touch them from my tshrit , they were noticeable from distance of 10 feet . they became dark , it was gynecomastia , but for 1 year I didn't go to doctor , I thought they will resolve themselves but now their growth has stop , I though I am getting better again but I used to examine them daily and few days ago I found retraction in my right breast exactly close to nipple when I raise my arm above head (PICS ARE IN THIS LINK : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_QmNNvearYvNTFnNWVnYV8yT2M/view?usp=sharing)  please do see them you will understand issue)  , I went to surgeon because I believe that problem lied in my testicles any how the ultra sound of testicle was 100% normal and showed no issue at all , now I am collecting money for mammogram or breast sonograpy , the area around my breast is fine I can feel my pectoral muscles but under my nipple I can feel small plastic like stuff and moveable balls behind nipple and yes I have hole in my both breasts , I am not sure weather it is my rib when I press them but its like Hole in few layers of muscles if I am not wrong I will call them more like a depression beside my nipple ..please guide me what you guys think I am freaked out that its breast cancer. Please must see the pics ... gynecomastia is on both nipples I have showed right one in which retraction occurs

The viewing angle of the photos is such that all I see is what we used to call a "nipple hard on."  The nipples are sensitive, even in males and the tissue does respond to a variety of stimuli, including rubbing, temperature changes and yes, even sexual arousal. 
It is possible that you might have what is commonly called "Puffy Nipples" but the Photos are such that it cannot be assumed.

Ok, let’s make that 3 of us agree, I concur with Paa_Paw and Hammer.  

The color of your nipple relates to your overall coloring.  You appear to have black or at least very dark brown hair with olive skin; your nipples will be darker than a blond person’s nipples.  I think that may be one of your concerns of them being noticeable, if I understood you.

I don’t think masturbation has anything to do with Gynecomastia or every 15 year old boy in the world would have breasts bigger than Kim Kardashian’s.

"Paa_Paw " Thanks alot for your fast reply brother , actually hard-on nipple isn't alarming for me at all this is what is happening with me since childhood nothing new in it , but the actual problem which I brought into notice is that under my both nipple I feel a depression/groove not a typical hole but like a dig in a road , but the thing that bothers me alot is bumpy , lumpy , layers with hard fixed and soft movable balls (almost of size of ant) are present their , it can me aerolar glands ,  I have attached further pics with puffy nipple (which I have 80% of times in while day if I not stimulate them to become hard-on) .Did you watched this youtube video of mine bro I have showed my nipples retraction in that video please do watch

Thanks alot for your explained good reply , brother my skin complexion is like that of tom cruise , you can say its between white - fair , my nipples used to be of like that of blonde's guy , but all these changes occur suddenly (obviously gynecomastia may have induced melanin deposit in nipple) , but please do watch the video (link is in topic above) of my nipple retraction its 30 second video in which I am raising my arm and my nipple is pulling inwards (right one only) , gynecomastia is on my both nipples , Lumps, bumps, soft balls and all this stuff is present under my nipple , I don't know that these are fats or aerolar glands or cyst/cancers but I really feel these soft movable balls under my nipple .

And bro let me tell you about my masturbation issue , believe me brother my breasts started to bulge and become more puffy (I had puffy since childhood) but they became like that of girls when I had erectile dysfunction all of sudden , I haven't treated erectile dysfunction , I think some hormones are definitely responsible for this sudden overnight disaster , sorry for writing long and taking your guys precious time but this thing is also bothering me can;t resist from sharing my experience with you all and on this site . I want to throw in a comment on nipples and areola and lips coloration.  They can all change color because of changes attendant to some vitamin deficiencies.; darkening with a deficiency.

Thankyou for you reply brother , but I don't have problem at all with my breast colour bro , the actual thing I am worried of is why I feel hole /depression and some little size balls even small than pea size (multiple) on both breasts , is it normal ? do everyone have it or not?  Thanks

Yes it is! It had me worried too at one time until I had my first mammogram and ultrasound! I was told that those were very  normal!

It wouldn't hurt to have a mammogram too just to put yourself at ease.
