newly found breast lump

last week I started getting an itch in my left nipple and now I have a pea sized lump in the areola just above the nipple , I will be going to my endo Dr next week , I think she may order another mammogram or maybe just an ultra sound, has anyone else had a fast growing nipple lump?

I thought I did, but it tuned out to be normal.
