Nipple piercing?

I have gynecomastia and puffy niple, but since the surgery cost is to expensive its impossible to me, so I use a compression but thats make my body look weird, everybody notice if my body is like robot, then I stop using the compression, and think about piercing

Piercing in the middle aerola can make your nipple hard permanent and scars. So I think to
pierce only in aerola..

What do you think about piercing around the areola?? I think it will be safe because won't make nipple hard all time, and will also pulling the chest to be flattened......

I had puffy nipples and got my nipples pierced to try to make them harden like how you want. They're kind of annoying to have 24/7 and can be seen through a shirt but they do help a little when the piercing is in the nipple. Once I took my piercings out my nipples went back to exactly how they were no permanent hardening.

I mean  piercing around nipple to make my chest strigten, i have tried on the nipple yes it is worst, they are hardent permanent and the hole never recover even many years after i remove jewerly.

The matter is i am afraid to harm vessel, i did search in google but not found any people who pierce in thats location?

I've been a piercer and Tattooer for over 16 years.  No one who knows what they are doing will pierce that part of your nipple, as it will only reject and cause undesirable scarring, nothing more.

hello boys I have had my nips pierced for over 20yrs now and they are just the same as they were I do not see any big tightening or anything like that , they do feel good to play with but that's about it , I am currently a 48B
