I have had what the doctors call Gynecomastia for months now, I have had a scan and had a specialist look at it, they are prety sure its Gynacomastia. Its all in my 'Right' nipple. My nipple from 'Time To Time' does go puckered at the top. After a while it fades off again and turns back into a more gynecomastia looking thing. Im 18 and male by the way, so the doctors think cancer isnt really a possibility. The scan showed it as swolen tissue, but I dont know why it goes puckered.

When someone has Breast cancer is the puckering always present, or does it fade on and off?

would help if you explain what you mean by puckering.  Usually the term here is stimulated, or gland retraction.
