No more pain = No more swelling?

i am a week from my surgery, liposuction only and i do not feel any more pain anymore. Is the swelling off? And i notice some asymmetry, left slightly bigger den right and also feel more glands on my left chest compare to right. Guess the final result will be so. Wonder any guys out there have asymmetry after your surgery and whether just workout alone on one side of the chest will help. Gosh this is despressing..

I don't think pain has anything to do with swelling.  I was nearly pain free a few days out, but the swelling was considerable.  Scar tissue is not painfull as well and can cause your chest to look uneven until it slowly dissolves.  Your in good company, I think everyone gets worried week 1-3 pretty much.  Personally those were the hardest times for because I looked worse then immediately post op, and the improvements were slow in coming.
