Hi all,

Just registered (took some time). Anyway, I am a 34 y/o male, 195lbs, 6'0". I am in good shape, thin, hit the gym 3-4 times a week. Though I have never been "officially" diagnosed, I believe I have gynecomastia but isolated primarily to my nipples (puffy). When my nipples are "hard" due to coldness or otherwise, my chest looks fine, especially in form fitting shirts, etc.

My question is this:

1) Anyone else ever dealt with this similar situation?
2) Are there any non-surgical solutions?

Thanks for your input.

James

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
2 days and no responses. If you can't tell, I think this site is pro-choice, but most of the guys here are pro-surgery.  I know I am.

I'm only speaking from my experience of getting in phenomenal physical shape and still having an abundance of gland and fat in my chest.

I had surgery and although it's not perfect, it's much improved.
