I was extremely sore for months. I had lipo only and it actually hurt to the touch for about 4 months then the pain started to subside and diminished by 6 months.  But the final result is phenomenal.

Yeah, it takes quite a while, weeks/months for the body to fully heal...

Damn! I am going to try to hit the gym this week. I was told at week 3 you could work out again WITH vest. My chest is so f#cked at this point I don't even care what happens. I am worse now than I was before.

He told me 1 per week. That is why I went with him.

You said you were in pain not messed up.  Is it a bad job?  If you are in pain you shouldn't be working out.  I didn't work out until 8 months after surgery.

im about 2.5 months post...still a bit sore and tender in the nipple region...i'm still not doing any major stretching of the chest area, they told me not to for 3 months...
but i have been going to the gym and doing other exercises that involve the chest. no problems there.
You just have to give it time.
