Three things worry me.

1. It hasn’t improved since I took my pictures like 2 weeks ago.
2. It feels the same as it did pre op.
3. It is soft tissue that is making my areolas swell, not hard scar tissue.

What could this soft tissue be?
Please, Jesus, make my gyne go away!

It could just be that there is more liquid in your cells as they heal and bind to other cells, etc.  Swelling is the body's natural reaction to injury.  I don't know the details, but the swelling helps it to heal itself.

Considering that he removed a lot, it's going to take time for it to heal.  The best thing you can do is try to think positive about it, before considering the negative.  There is plenty of sense in the idea that they just need to heal, and so are still swollen.

Really, if you post pics, you can most likely set your mind at ease, and get other peoples' opinions.  Kind of a way to step outside the situation and see it from a different angle.
