Option on lipo only?
Dr. Brown is a recommended doctor my province? BC... he wont know till the operation if i need a excision or lipo only, but most ppl feel that lipo only does not work fully... Should I nag him on giving me a excision?

If you truly have gynecomastia, then yes, nag him. I personally wouldn't even bother with a surgeon if he couldn't guarantee me excision. 

post pictures so we can tell you if you do actually have gynecomastia or not. because if you do and he does lipo only, he leaves in the gland which is the main problem! Lipo only would be useless.

he also said since i work out alot, and my pectorals are quite big, it gonna be hard for him to judge? is that why his trying to swing me to the lipo?
