I was officially diagnosed about a month ago.

I noticed a dull tenderness for about a month, went to the doctor, sonogram, mammogram.. blah blah blah..

Anyways, the pain is getting a little worse... it doesn't HURT, but... it used to be I could only feel tendernes if I pressed it... now, I can feel a dull ache in there every once in a while..

ANyone else experienced this?  My doctor seems to be a little ignorant to gyne, but... Do I really know?  Should I trust him.. he only scheduled a 3 month follow up to see if it gets worse.. other than that, he offered nothing else..

Thanks ahead of time,
Brettus

One thing to note, and I am stupid for not mentioning this in the first place...

I have been working out about 1 hour per day, 5 days a week for the last month or so... cardio and weights, that might have something to do with it....

If the weight training is a new element in your life, the pain could be coming from the pectoral muscles. If the pain is localized to the breast tissue, It might be wise to get another appointment instead of waiting the 3 months. You might also request a referral to an Endocrinologist.

Men can have very sensitive nipples, that is normal. Pain is not normal, and it justifies a trip to the Doctor.
