Painful nipples

Got some steady growth happening. The "normal" itchy and sore boobs, but with very tender and sore nipples.  What do you guys do for sore nipples? Is this nipple growth? What works to soothe the nips?

There’s nipple balm that works great in pregnancy areas of stores for women it’s been forever since I used any unsure then brand I used when i began budding but it worked great. 

Other times I just used aquaphor. It’s like. Vaseline type product but less greasy and much more effective I feel. Usually would use some and let it sit 10 min or so before dressing or putting my bra on and was fine.

I use a hemp based salve from joy organics. It works really well for pain and also moisturizes.
And Tylenol works also.

You might also try bag balm.  When I was a kid, we used it on dairy cows.  When my wife was nursing our children, it was the recommended treatment for sore and dry nipples.  I used some when I was experiencing nipple pain and soreness.  I think it helped, but my go to was Tylenol.

I have a couple cans of bag balm around the house at all times.  Have used it since I was in my teens.  Hands, dry heals and the last several years on dry cracked nipples.  Its great.  I have found that if I wasn't having "deep" pain it was always dry and itchy nipples.  That's when the balm came out.  As noted that's when a pain  reliever came out.
