Percocet Cause Gyno?

I was wondering if Percocet 10/325 can cause gyno? I currently have a minor cause with 4cm lumps behind the nipples.

I'm taking the medication to help with some recent back pain from working out... My question is this, can Percocet cause my liver to process estrogen less effectively, which in turn can lead to gyno or estrogenic effects?
