So I've had a few consultations with my surgeon since my surgery. Just for Kenalog and the scar tissue in my right nipple but that's not the problem. I'm 16, 135 lbs 5'8 and now 7 months post op, when I bend over and stuff my boobs pretty much sag. When I stand straight up it looks fine and flat. But when I bend over my left nipple sags bad and my right a little. What should I do? Thanks.

Edit: Also forgot to put I've lost 80 lbs since September but I got my surgery in January while losing weight.

You may have some lax skin as a result of the weight loss.  That is not the fault of the surgeon.

Most people judge the results of their gyne surgery by standing up straight.  There is no guarantee that your chest will look perfect from all different angles and viewpoints.

If indeed you now have some lax skin, would suggest you return to your surgeon to explore possible treatments for it.
