PLEASE READ: Should I stop Touching Them???????

I am a male in my late teens, who suffers from puffy nipples.
I had puffy nipples since i was 14.

I discovered the immense pleasure from stimulating my nipples around the age of 17.
I started stimulating my nipples every night.

Soon they would have this itch to them, and i crave to touch them until i was satisfied.

When stimulating them for pleasure, my nipples would change...
they would become moist to the touch of my finger tips, and become a lot more elastic. I would enjoy surges of pleasures. After my session, they would return back to their puffy "normal" state.

This did not have any concern to me, until I looked at my nipples carefully during one of my nipple play sessions and was surprised to see little sparkles on my nipples. I could only assume something was secreting from the pores of my nipples...

Can someone explain to me what this is...?
Is this milk
Should I stop stimulating them?
I would like a full explanation...

Note: I was in fact able to lactate when I just discovered my gynecomastia at 14. It stopped within a month.
Also i Believe i have no hormone problems. I assure you I am Sterile and my gynecamstia stopped growing since i was 16. My body does not look feminine in any way...I have a male athletic build.

Yup... sure sounds like some form of mammary gland excretion... You are lactating my friend...

If you derive pleasure from stimulating your nipples, then why stop...  I'm sure you are not doing any harm physically...

but i do not want this milk flow to increase

wouldnt touching my nipples cuase some sort of horomonal imbalance.
I want my chest mucles to become more prominent and muscular.

Will this nipple touching slow my mucle growth.

after intense nipple play

my chest muscles behind it would spasm and tremor throughtout the day
on rare occasions i would get random stomach pains
