Post op question (with Pics)

Hello all, I was wondering if any of the professionals on here could assist me....
I'm 5 weeks post op, overall I'm happy with the result, i now look and feel great with my top on. The problem i have now is with my top off, pre op my chest was big/fat enough for it to overhang and cause a crease/line in the skin under each breast, now i have had all the fat and glands removed (from incisions under armpits) this skin crease/line is still there under each pec. Do you think this will go on its own? If not is there anything I can do to lose these lines? Pre/Post & zoomed photos attached.
