I am 7 1/2 weeks post op.
My left side looks better and better day by day. But on the right side the nipples are still puffy.
On the left side I can feel one big unit of scar tissue that is slowly fading away. But on the right side there's no big one unit of scar tissue, there i can feel some small lumps that seem to be responsible for puffing out the nipples ... now i worry that those small lumps are gland ... so that there wasn't enough gland removed on the right side.
My question is if scar tissue has to be one unit or if it's possible scar tissue consisting of small lumps that feel like gland???

i thoguht there was only one gland ? not more than one gland. That gland is found under your nipple where scar tissue can be also. Im experiencing scar tissue ontop of my gland which causes big time puffiness
