Post op swelling and hardness

i had surgery tuesday adn my right side is healing perfect. draining very little and very little swelling now..no brusing. My left side is another story. if i press gently on it i can feel a lump about the size of the areola itself underneath it. this lump is very hard. also it drains more than my other one. What are teh chances this lump is scar tissue? will it ever go away? are there ways to reduce scars? how can i reduce? when should i start the process to reduce them? there is a little indention where the gland on myleft side used to be (the left glad was about 33% larger than right) ...can i get this indention out with just building up my pecs? thanks in advance mike
