Well I just recieved my test results back from the lab.  I didn't have a chance to speak with my endo because I just found he went on a vacation and won't be coming back until the first week of February.  I would just like to share my results and know if these results are normal for a 20 year old male.

Prolactin:  856 mIU/L    (Male: 55 - 278 )

LH:  5.2 IU/L       (Male: 1.2 - 8.6)

FSH:  7.2 IU/L      (Male: 1.3 - 19.3)

Estradiol:  129 pmol/L       (Male: 73 - 275)

Testosterone:  18.56 nmol/L    (Male: 6.10 - 27.10)

TSH:  4.06 uIU/mL     (0.43 - 4.10)

The only thing that seems wrong to me is the high prolactin levels.  Can a high level of prolactin cause gynecomastia?

Yes it most certainly can and it looks like it maybe an issue for you.

Your endo on his return will almost certainly book an MRI scan for you to try and find out why your prolactin is a high as it is.

exactly the way Hypo puts it. I visited an endo 2 days ago. She asked me to drop antiestrogens drugs since estradiol was within the normal range. She seems to be concerned  with the prolactin (I'm borderline). She indeed told me that some MRI should be contemplated if the next prolactin test proved too high once again. keep us posted when you've seen your endo.
