Proving that I "Need" this....

Okay guys.  Here is the situation.  I talked to my insurance company today and they told me that the surgery will be covered if my doctor writes a note of pre-determination or something along those lines.

Basically, he has to say that the gyno is inhibiting me from living a normal life (which it is).  Aside from the mental health aspects, embarassment aspect, and just having to think about it every minute of every day, is there anything else that would be good to talk to my doctor about?

The doctor is great and I think I have a great shot at getting this covered.

First off, how old are you? Secondly, I want to know what insurance company you have because if it covers you then I want your company  . Depression maybe? You pretty much nailed any aspect that you needed to.

I see.  I have United Health Care.  This will be tricky.
