my puffy nipples are really bothering me, they stick out through shirt and even without a shirt, chest looks amazing when its cold and nipples looks amazing as well, but that's just sometimes when its cold.

i had gland removal only.

i went to my surgeon last week, and he checked my breast and told me there isnt any scar tissue and there really isnt any more he can cut off since than the chest would look weird.

im a bit on the chubby side, he told me to lose about 20 pounds and my nipples would be normal, but i have a hard time believing that because the nipples are puffy, i dont think fat loss has anything to do with nipples being puffy.

plz help!.

Are these before or after photos?  If they are after photos, then you certainly appear to have residual tissue.  If your surgeon is unwilling to consider a revision, then would suggest another opinion with an experienced gyne (revision) surgeon.

yes, these are all my current photos (5 months after surgery).

I went to him just last week and he checked the breats and said that there isnt gland to be removed and if he did than chest would looks weird, I'm chubby and have a huge belly, and he told me just to lose 20 pounds and than the nipples would turn normal as well.

I got my surgery covered by him, so the chance of moving on to another PS is not really an option.

So what would you recommend? Should I visit him again and ask for gland removal (I don't know what do to since me asking him to do a specific surgery just screams awkwardness).

To my eyes, you had incomplete surgery.  While I understand your reluctance to consult another surgeon, you basically have two options.  Live with your results or seek another opinion.

He did mention to lose about 20 pounds and come back to him if problem is still there, so I'm trying to lose the weight now and than go back to him.

I'm sure he will do proper revision if my nipples are still a problem after I lose weight.

What would you say Dr.Elliot?

It's great to lose weight -- but the problem will most likely persist.
