Hi all, hope you are well. I had my gyno surgery almost 10 weeks ago. The surgeon said he removed all the gland, and i also had liposuction done. Up until about 1 or 2 weeks my chest was flat and nipples weren't puffy, then slowly the nipples started getting puffy again. I can only feel a small amount if scar tissue under each nipple, it has gone down alot, that too without massaging. I am annoyed that my chest doesnt look like it was 1 week post op, and it is starting to get saggy like it was before. How can my nipples get puffy and chest sag like before, even though there is hardly any scar tssue and the gland was completely removed, and I don't think all the fat can come back that quick, I am really worried :(

Relax . Even the slightest bit of scar tissue can make the nipples seem point .its because its located right behind the nipple like the gland was .take it easy keep massaging and give it a few months mate .
