qu: maximing skin tightening after surgery

hi,

having surgery this thursday.  I have moderate gyne on one breast and major gyne on the other breast (see web link to pic below).   I was told by the PS I may have excess skin on the major gyne breast (even long after surgery and recovery).  my question is.  how can I maximize effectiveness of post op recovery?  in particular what can I do to help tighten the skin?  it is necessary to wear a pressurized garment?  if so, how long?  my PS does not use them (he uses ace bandages instead).  also, is there any type of creams that may help tighten the skin (either temporarily or permanantly).  thanks
