Question about compression vest

I was wondering what size to get from this site

im 250 pounds but i dont have gyne because i went to a recent checkup at a couple of doctors and they said i dont have gyne its just because im overweight. Im on a diet plan now but until then i need a vest or something to wear when i go places. I have been wearing tape on my chest and it has been hurting me severly so i need a better solution for now. I  regularly wear XXL shirts so i was wondering should i get the XXL vest or is it diffrent from your regular shirt size because i dont want my chest size to be reconizeable. do i get a small so that its tight and my chest wont show as much or XXL

ok ty i measured my chest and its a size 50 which is a XXL   :-/
