question about post recovery.help

Hey guys ive been lurking and think i might take the first step and see a ps but i had a question,
how long does it take recover enough to return to work. I have a desk job and can do minimal work if necessary. i can take 3 maybe 4 days off, operation on a Friday and back at work on Tuesday.  Would it be a reasonble to say id be back ready by then.  been reading and seems as if i need to remove gland and maybe a bit of lipo.

I had my surgery on Thursday, and it is now Sunday.  I think I would have no problem going back to work tomorrow -- I also have a desk job.
