question additional fat removal via liposuction

hi,

just curious if any of you have had additional fat removed from your body via lipo while in for gyne surgery.  I will be having gene surgery (probably july) and have been having difficult time losing the last 15 lbs around my waist.  any idea how much the savings would be to get it lipo'd while having gyne surgery (vs. having another separate surgery).  I would never go in just for a SEPARATE lipo surgery if diet and excercise would fix the problem (plus I don't have that kind of money to blow).  however since I will already be getting gyne surgery I would be interest to here from those of you who had gyne surgery (and additional work) done at the same time.  also curious as to how plastic surgeons bill when removing a large amount of fat (by the lb, where the fat is located, etc).  all comments are much appreciated.  do some plastic surgeons frown upon that type of work if they know the person can correct the problem by diet and excercise?
