I havent seen any posters who have fought but I have seen a couple wrestlers.

Few questions

When you train/compete do your nips get hard?

Can you see your nips through your wrestling singlet?

Does anyone comment or laugh at them?

Actually, I compete and train in submission grappling and MMA.  I always wear underarmor, which is similar to the material in a singlet.  Alot of guys compete shirtless, but until I get the surgery, which is this month, that obviously is not an option for me.  I have never had a problem with the under armor/rash gurads.  I am self-conscious, but nobody else ever seemed to notice.  It almost looks as though you have large muscular pecs when wearing that type of material with gyno.  The material is tight to your body so usually it almosts flattens it out a little for you.  Try on under armor and see what it looks like and that should be similar to what it should look like in a singlet.  Good luck.

I've been doing ju jitsu & judo for ten years and I was shirtless plenty of times either near the mat or in the  locker room.  No one ever made a comment to me in in a martial arts gym or studio.  First of all I think there's a lot of respect for each other on the mat.  Second, if someone wants to start pointing out physical flaws that's opening a big can of worms with all of the various freaks I've rolled with thru the years.

yeah.... I wrestled and it almost makes it disappear. The heavyweight that I suspect has gyne on my team made his chest totally flatten when he put his singlet on. I have the gland only and the singlet manages to flatten it out. Nice stuff. Skin checks are uh... something else though.

Oh.... and Underarmor doesnt hide gyne well enough IMO.

When I wrestled in HS more than 30yrs ago, the singlets did not cover the chest, as many do today. Additionally, the weigh ins before each match were conducted in the nude, and with each team standing around watching, which led to a lot of embarssment and comments on my gyne, which, while it did get hard when cold or working out, was still very noticeable on a 132 lb body. It led to me quitting the sport after my sophomore year.

God Bless
